Vishal sings for SEL in JBJ
It’s very surprising to notice the kind of bonding that is happening between the rival composers. So far it has been a common sight to see composer turned singers Himesh Reshammiya and Vishal-Shekhar rendering songs for self.Vishal has sung and have written lyrics for some of the films also. However he started a new wave in music world when he was heard singing for fellow composer Pritam in ‘Dhoom 2’ for the chartbusting track ‘Dhoom Again’. Time and again he has proved that he is a multi faceted talent.
Now for second time Vishal will be flexing his vocal chords, this time for Shankar Ehsaan Loy for the upcoming music of ‘Jhoom Barabar Jhoom’. The song is titled 'Kiss Of Love' and Vasundhara Das and Vishal are rendering the duet. About rendering the track for SEL he says, “Shekhar and myself have been knowing Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy from the time when we were recording for Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi while they were working for their music of Late Mukul S Anand's Dus. Our association has been much more than just being in the same profession. We share the same passion of creating music and don't mind giving each other feedback even during the time when our compositions are in initial stages. This is why when I was asked to croon 'Kiss Of Love', I said why not?"
